My friend Daniel said he had a RED camera for a day, is there anything I'd like to do with it. This is what we did. Inspired by the photography of August Sander, I was hoping we could get sort of a portrait of people, learning more about them by filming in their place of work (or where they spent their day). Shot in one hot day in over twenty locations around Los Angeles, we walked into people's place of work unannounced and I asked everyone the same question. One toy store owner attacked us with a ukulele.
